Ok I will be there first to admit I am not much of a Sci-fi geek. But I did grow up watching the original Star Trek
which lead me up to Star Trek: The Next Generation
and that’s where it ended. But I am a huge Patrick Stewart fan he spews a Sean Connery type esque. Something that old gentlemen look and who speak proper English intrigues me. LOL anyway I wanted to share this very cool animated intro sequence inspired by the original Star Trek opening by Gene Roddenberry, with narration by William Shatner. This animation pays homage to one of the most groundbreaking sci-fi television shows ever to beam down to Earth, with the help of The Quintek Group from Detroit, known for their 3D animation. They fused minimalistic, modern animation with the hit television series from the 60′s. I want to see these images on posters! Check out the animation below.
