Funny man Steve Carell will play the character Ben for the new live-action adaptation of the children’s book Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day
by Judith Viorst. The film is set to be directed by Shawn Levy along with director Lisa Cholodenko. In the book, Alexander wakes up with gum in his hair, doesn’t get a prize in his cereal, finds out he has a cavity, has lima beans for dinner and gets demoted to third best friend by his buddy Paul. No word yet on who will play Alexander or another other cast member as of yet, or when the film starts production. But I will keep you posted.
