Marvel Comics x Bape 2012 Spider-Man Collection

So glad The Amazing Spider-Man is finally out and theaters and we can move on from Marvel for a while and get ready for some DC Comics action. Any who as spiddy lingers on for the next week or so. Japanese street-wear company A Bathing Ape has collaborated with Marvel to create a limited edition Spider-Man line. Which will be available starting next Saturday, July 14, 2012. The line consists of mesh snapback caps, iPhone case, tote (my favorite), and graphic tees. Check out the complete collection below.

Los Angeles based artist Mike Mitchell has his at the art at the “Just Like Us” show at Gallery 1988, Which opened this past weekend and will be running till April 28, 2012. His art is a fusion of pop culture icons infused with n inside parody. That only a true fan would get. White House Easter Egg Roll 2012

To celebrate Easter every year for the past 134 years the White House has its annual Easter Egg Roll on the white house lawn. You can only attend if you were invited of you are white house staff member, friend or family. Or if you are lucky enough to win the White House lottery, then you can get in for free! The event will be streamed live all day Monday, April 8, 2012 on WhiteHouse.gov/live. The Amazing Spider-Man Interactive Mural by Dave Hill

This is a pretty cool video, photographer Dave Hill took 2D pictures with a Sony NEX-5 camera cutting and pasting photos with 3D laying tools creating am amazing Spider-Man Mural. Unfortunately I think it would be cooler if everything was 3D instead of flat pictures. Producing an interactive picture bringing The Amazing Spider-Man to life. The really cool part about this Spider-Man Mural is you can interact by submitting your own picture at www.sony.com/experience hence the white shadow people could be you!
