Remembering Stanley Krubrick

Remembering Stanley Krubrick…A cinematic mastermind of his time has inspired the likes of Steven Spielberg and tim Burton. Krubrick himself was inspired by silver screen artist such as Max Ophüls and Orson Welles. Krubrick known for his euphoric and some times controversial films has opened the door to the cinematic universe. Born on July 26, 1928 to a Jewish family in the Bronx NY. He spent most of his youth perfecting his strategies at chess which he later he used the same strategies to produce his classic films. Most of you know that Krbrick started off as photographer in New York city on his off days he would spend as much time possible studying movies at the Museum of Modern Art. Krubrick pathed the way for so many and inspired generations to come with his innovative style. Stanley Krubrick would have been a mere 82 today. I posted this great filmography by Martin Woutisseth with music by Romain Trouillet. This short minimalistic filmography takes shape capturing all of Krubrick most popular films. It starts off Kubrick himself as a young man thinking about his future and ends with an old man watching his life in retrospect. Pure genius all around.
