Transshoeformers Made From OG Nike Air Flight Huarache and OG Asics Gel-Lyte III

Check out this 2007 Nike collaboration with Japanese toy manufacturer Takara-Tomy and James Visaya who used Nike “Frees” materials to mold a nice Optimus Prime and Megatron. The “Transshoeformers” pictured below are a pair of OG Nike Air Flight Huarache and OG Asics Gel-Lyte III in disguise. I think any Transformer collector would be pleased to own one of these.
Born This Way Foundation x Nike Air Foamposite One “ParaNorman” Auction

In August to promote the release of the ParaNorman stop-motion animated feature, Laika Entertainment teamed up with Nike to produce a very exclusive pair of Nike Air Foamposite One ‘ParaNorman’. A shoe designed to be given away for the “weird kids” Twitter contest, where you had to send in the “weirdest” childhood photo of yourself for a chance of getting a pair. Now you have one more chance! Nike and Laika are auctioning off another eighty pairs of ParaNorman Foamposites with 70% of proceeds going to Lady Gaga’s Born This Way Foundation. ParaNorman Nike Air Foamposite One “Weird Kids” Contest

On Friday the Nike Sportswear company will celebrate with “weird kids” everywhere the Laika Entertainment’s premiere of the stop-motion animated film ParaNorman. As part of the celebration Nike is dropping contest to win a pair of the Nike Air Foamposite One ParaNorman from my understanding there is 800 pairs made so you might have a chance. I signed up! Nike x The Dark Knight – Batman Boots

Little does anyone probably know that world renown Nike footwear designer Tinker Hatfield created Batman kicks using the Nike Air Trainer III for Tim Burton’s 1989 film, for Michael Keaton and his stuntmen. Tinker returned later for Batman Returns in 1992 using Michael Jordan’s first championship-winning silhouette creating a Batman x Air Jordan VI boot, with an attached boot collar. With this new I would not be surprised to see something new coming out Nike’s Batcave in the next year. Check out the pictures below.

Check out this cool video game style, video from footwear and appreal company Nike. Promoting “sport” as the ultimate game, and athletes are the ultimate players. This video is introducing a whole new training platform. Where you can measure your score against your self, against your friends and against the world. The more you play, the better you get.
