Disney Vinylmation Cutesters in Vogue Series Minnie Mouse in Givenchy
So continuing through the end of Fashion Week Disney’s Vinylmation has revealed the first mold in the “Cutesters in Vogue” series. Starting with Minnie Mouse inspired by Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany’s (1961). Dressed in the iconic evening gown of black Italian satin paired with black elbow-length gloves designed by Hubert de Givenchy. More pictures to come stay posted!

Barneys x The Walt Disney Co – “Electric Holiday”
You have to check out these amazing sketches for the upcoming holiday campaign, a collaboration from Barneys and The Walt Disney Co. titled “Electric Holiday.” The collection is set to unveil to the public November 14, 2012, with new merchandise (like vinylmations) only available through authorized specialty store’s and Barneys. If you happen to be in New York area to commemorate the event the Madison Avenue flagship store will feature a three-dimensional electric moving art light show along with a short film in the window display. Disney x London Fashion Week: Pays Tribute to Style Icon – Minnie Mouse
Here is a preview illustration of Richard Nicoll’s inspired by Minnie Mouse‘s unique and distinctive style. This September, Disney will celebrate Minnie Mouse as one of its most beloved cultural fashion icons. International renowned designers, Giles, Michael van der Ham, Richard Nicoll, Piers Atkinson, Bunney, Husam el Odeh in collaboration with Luke Hersheson, Katie Hillier, Lulu Guinness, Tatty Devine and Terry de Havilland come together to create ‘Minnie Mouse Must Haves’ one-off garments and accessories. Inspired by her signature bows and trademark polka dots the creations the exculsive duds are set to be unveiled at London Fashion Week. The will be available at an exclusive auction on the eBay for Charity programme, to support the BFC/Bazaar Fashion Arts Foundation. Happy Birthday Russi Taylor! born May 4, 1944 (age 68). Taylor has been to voice and brought to life many animated characters. But her most notable is the famous role as the voice of Minnie Mouse which she has been the official voice of Minnie Mouse since 1986. Taylor at an early age had developed a desire to work for Disney. And once as a child she had the opportunity to express her hearts desires to Walt Disney himself, when she encountered him one day at Disneyland. Walt himself assured young Russi that her dream would come true. As one of the leading voice performers working today, Taylor is in perpetual demand and has a resume of credits that runs more than six pages.
