Star Wars fans are you ready for what the house of mouse has just released? check out this new promo video for the May 2013 opening of Tokyo Disneyland Star Tours attraction. The videos are promoting a revamp in the parks tours. Which portrays the Sith Lord Darth Vader commanding troops in Sapporo, Japan, but it seems that the Dark forces of the Galactic Empire made a wrong turn somewhere and ended up in the northern island of Hokkaido. Follow Darth Vader and Storm Troopers drink tea and get lost on more adventures at Vader.jp and to check out more of the campaign.
Disney Japan is celebrating the holidays in the Omotesando-Harajuku shopping district!
Visitors will see elaborate themed light displays and decorations featuring Disney characters, that transports shoppers into the world of Disney. You’ll see these different themes at the entrances and inside the Omotesando Hills, Laforet Harajuku, and Tokyu Plaza Omotesando Harajuku shopping centers.
Looks like new Snoopy fashion is headed to Asian 7-Eleven‘s on April 25, 2012 not sure what products are going to be dropped just yet. But it looks from the short clip below it will be some Snoopy monogram type stuff. I will post the new stuff as soon as I can.
So I can’t read or understand Japanese, so let me try to decipher this looks like a bunch of new Star Wars memorabilia lot sale commemoration event? Star War lottery? is this something you had to sign up for? It looks like a bunch of prizes? I really don’t know. Oh and it start or ends April 14, 2012 But for those who can understand Japanese there is a video below. Let me know too what this is all about and I will up date the post. Thank you!
I really like seeing other countries promotional tactics in hyping up American entertainment. Check out this Japanese newspaper ad featuring Marvel The Avengers… I guess it’s a before and after photo of the Avengers Team? I don’t know but it’s still cool.

Capcom Japan is set to open up a new entertainment bar called “Capcom Bar” on the first floor of the Pasela Resort in Shinjuku, Tokyo on January 25, 2012. Starting October 9th, 2011 Japanese 7-11, 7-Watch is celebrating 100 years? some sort of promotional gig having to do with the date 10/10 not exactly sure what the meaning behind 10/10 but it definitely getting a lot of hype with the Open collaboration which happens to be an online game application of sorts that is huge in Asia. The 7-11, 7-Watch Open promotion has a bunch of cool little Open gift giveaways one of which features a Open character on reusable bag and key-chain charm of limited quantities.
