I know this is not exactly “animation” but it is pretty spectacular! director James Cameron has produced Cirque du Soleil: Worlds Away in 3D, a feature film version of the eye-popping artistic circus show. Directed by Andrew Adamson takes you behind the camera on an original story twisting it with the acrobatics you could never see at a show… it takes you on the stage. This unique point of view allows the audience to discover the artistic details of the productions and reveal the human spirit that the artists bring to the audience in their performances. James Cameron’s Cirque du Soleil: Worlds Away in 3D hits theaters December 21, 2012. I really want to see this I have personally never been to a Cirque du Soleil performance but have been dying to go. This film will be the cheaper and more convenient way to do it.
