Beware the Batman – New Animated Series hits Cartoon Network
DC Comics and Warner Bros. Animation, along with Cartoon Network prepare to release a new half-hour action-adventure series based on the world’s greatest detective, Beware the Batman. Which takes a different approach to the classic Dark Knight franchise, with the show featuring Batman’s core characters facing off against villains that have never been seen in animated form before like Anarky, Professor Pyg, Mister Toad, and Magpie. Also in this series Alfred Pennyworth is former secret agent, and Batman teams up with a lethal swordswoman, named Katana. The show will feature cutting-edge CGI visuals, and will be included in Cartoon Network’s DC Nation programming block in summer 2013.
I am definitely looking forward to this, I have the original comic book.
First Look DC Universe Beware The Batman on Cartoon Network
Here is the first look sneak peek at the new Beware the Batman animated series. Which will be part of the DC Universe block on Cartoon Network. Some of the cool new features of this Batman take will be backup from ex-secret agent Alfred and lethal swordstress Katana. With new Goth criminal under dogs Anarky, Professor Pyg, Mister Toad and Magpie which have never been feature before in an animated series. Produced by Warner Bros. Animation, with Sam Register executive producing, Batman Beyond’s Glen Murakami and Mitch Watson producing.
Cartoon Network Presents Beware The Batman 2013
Are you excited about the new Cartoon Network series Beware the Batman? I am that’s for sure. So a little bit about the series to catch you to speed if you don’t already know. Beware the Batman is an upcoming computer-animated series based on the DC Comics superhero, Batman. Schedule to air on Cartoon Networks DC Nation block set for 2013 debut. Executive producer Glen Murakami who is very familiar with the Batman saga and Sam Register take on the new story line. This new series will replace the current Batman: The Brave and the Bold. The new Batman franchise will introduce a set of all new villains not seen in animated form. Along with reintroducing you to old friends Katana and Alfred Pennyworth.
