Each tee is featuring a different street fighters in BAPE’s signature cartoon style along with A Bathing Ape’s icon Baby Milo SF style. One Piece x A Bathing Ape Collection
More great collaborative news from A Bathing Ape a bunch of new apparel inspired by Eiichiro Oda’s One Piece will be dropping exclusively into selective Bape Stores on Saturday July 28, 2012. I recently posted about the Bape x One Piececollection and this is the continuation. This time featuring more than just tee-shirts. New to the collection a perfect for summer straw hat (similar to the one Luffy wears) a snap back flag cap, a camo bandana and a mobile cleaner (is just phone charm) The have also added a polo and 3/4 sleeve shirt to the collection. My favorite shirt personally is the “Shanks Flag Marks Tee” and the Luffy Flag mobile cleaner. Which shirt would you like to add to your collection?
A Bathing Ape x Tokyo DisneySea Collection
Not really into Bape gear these days but I love this new A Bathing Ape x Tokyo DisneySea Collection. Bape teamed Tokyo’s Disney Resort Japan/ D-24 for an all-new line of Mickey and Minnie Mouse mongram/camo-ish patterns featured on white tee-shirts, tote bags, hand clutches, and chain coin purses. Marvel Comics x Bape 2012 Spider-Man Collection
So glad The Amazing Spider-Man is finally out and theaters and we can move on from Marvel for a while and get ready for some DC Comics action. Any who as spiddy lingers on for the next week or so. Japanese street-wear company A Bathing Ape has collaborated with Marvel to create a limited edition Spider-Man line. Which will be available starting next Saturday, July 14, 2012. The line consists of mesh snapback caps, iPhone case, tote (my favorite), and graphic tees. Check out the complete collection below.
One Piece A Bathing Ape Collection May/June 2012
Japanese Street-wear company A Bathing Ape has teamed up with the popular Manga/Anime series One Piece by Eiichiro Oda. BABE is bring Oda’s colorful band of pirates Luffy, Chopper and Zoro on printed tee shirts just in time for summer. The One Piece A Bathing Ape Collection will drop in two release dates the first eight (pictures below) will hit BABE flag ships stores and specialty retailers May 26, with the second run releasing June 2, 2012. (of the last four tee shirts on the very bottom)
Dragon Ball Z HMN ALNS Creative Designs
Company Human Aliens recently did creative designs featuring manga characters Goten, Trunks and Gotenks from Dragon Ball Z. Wearing notable street-wear clothing like Nike Jordan, Air Yeezy 2, Bape, Adidas Y-3, Original Fake and Vintage Ralph Lauren Polo. Mike Frederiqo – SpongeBob SquarePants Fashion Series
Young Dutch artist Mike Frederiqo known for his vivid tattooing and graffiti. Fregeriqo has worked with street-wear companies like A Bathing Ape for their Bape’s Soup Collection. His latest paintings include Nickelodeons SpongeBob SquarePants where he uses this cartoon icon in an artist rendition of other notable pop artist. Here you see SpongeBob as to fashion designer Karl Largerfield, rapper/designer Pharrell Williams, photographer Terry Richardson, designer icon Coco Chanel, and Marc Jacobs along with a remake of Takashi Murakami flower characters. Not sure where you can pick these amazing pieces up or if they are even for sale either way very clean lines and great coloring along with a very cool concept dressing up SpongeBob.
