This is a dream come true I always wanted to see my favorite DC Comics, female superheroes have their own show. Thanks to Lauren Faust it’s finally happening. Faust who has worked on Powerpuff Girls and My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Now plans to use her girl power on DC Universe with a new series of shorts, called Super Best Friends Forever. The premisses: teenage Batgirl, Supergirl and Wondergirl are BFF they hang out and fight supervillains. Super Best Friends Forever is airing as part of the “DC Nation” block on Cartoon Network premiering March 3, 2012. OK so there is some disappointments to this news. There are five episodes of SBFF, and they are only a minute and 15 seconds long I hope these shots turn into something long-term only time will tell.

ParaNorman follows the story of an outcast boy named Norman who can speak to the dead. His oddity becomes a gift when he takes on ghosts and zombies to save his town from a curse that has been plagued for centuries. I used to be a huge fan of zombie movies till I watch them all. Ed Sheeran LEGO BRIT Award

Wow LEGO sent a specialized LEGO BRIT Award statue to Ed Sheeran (picture from his twitter). ED is nominated for Album Of The Year, Best British Single, British Male Solo Artist and British Breakthrough at the music event. So I was wondering why did he get the honor of receiving this custom LEGO statue? I had to look up one of his songs to figure out who he was anyway. What I find out is that, he has a song called LEGO HOUSE! I posted the video below. As I was watch the video I thought to myself wow he looks like that guy from Harry Potter “Ron Weasley” played by Rupert Grint. Maybe another reason why they sent it to him since LEGO did a collaboration with HP not to long ago. I think he looks like him when he sings. The BRIT Awards premier tomorrow February 21, 2012 at 8pm. BRITish time

Is showcasing Sesame Street Live: Elmo’s Super Heros will play through February 22-26 tickets are on sale now. Super Grover has lost his super powers and has left Sesame Street with out a hero. with that said five Super Heroes friends appear, Elmo as Captain Fuzzy, Abby Cadabby, Big Bird and friends are on a quest to put the “super” back in Super Grover. Singing and dancing teaching viewers healthy habits, exercise, rest, nutritious food and good hygiene can save anyone but specifically Super Grover! I wanted to ask my readers why do you think the event is entitled “Super Hero” is it not “Superheroes” the correct spelling? and what do you think about the word “Theatre” vs. “Theater”?

Those who were lucky enough to be part of The Lorax world premier at Universal CityWalk Hollywood yesterday was greeted by the stars of the movie on an orange carpet instead of red. The Lorax move is based on the children’s book by Dr. Seuss. The book promotes sustainability.
