3D Trailer for Guillermo del Toro’s Pacific Rim

Warner Bros. and Legendary Entertainment have released the full official trailer for Guillermo del Toro’s upcoming “Kaiju” film Pacific Rim. Set to open in IMAX theaters on July 12, 2013 Pacific Rim stars Charlie Hunnam, Charlie Day, Ron Perlman, Robert Kazinsky, Max Martini, Clifton Collins, Jr., Burn Gorman, Larry Joe Campbell, Brad William Henke and Diego Klattenhoff. In the near future, giant monsters identified as “Kaiju” have risen from a crevasse in the Pacific Ocean, resulting in a war which takes millions of lives and quickly consumes humanity’s resources. To combat this new threat, a special type of weapon is designed: massive robots, known as Jaegers, which are controlled simultaneously by two pilots whose minds are locked in a neural bridge. As time passes, even the powerful Jaegers prove almost defenseless in the face of a relentless enemy. On its last stand and on the verge of defeat, the remaining defending forces of mankind have no choice but to turn to two unlikely heroes—a former pilot (Charlie Hunnam) and an untested trainee (Rinko Kikuchi)—who are teamed to pilot a legendary but seemingly obsolete Jaeger from the early trials of the mechanical titans. Together, they must stand as the human race’s last hope against the mounting apocalypse.

Blue Sky Studios has dropped a teaser trailer for their upcoming animated movie RIO 2 which hits theaters April 11, 2014. The entire cast of the frist RIO movie returns in RIO 2, joined by a new flock of top actors and musical talents for this colorful cast and crew. In RIO 2 Jewel (Anne Hathaway), Blu (Jesse Eisenberg) and their three kids have made the decision to leave the comforts of their domesticated home for a journey to the Amazon. They encounter a menagerie of characters who are born to be wild. New cast members include Andy Garcia, Rita Moreno, Bruno Mars and Kristin Chenoweth. Check out the trailer below.

Pacific Rim WonderCon Trailer Exclusive

Ok I know I haven’t been writing too much about Guillermo del Toro’s ‘Pacific Rim’ but after seeing one of the giant robots smash a cargo ship into a giant sea monster, definitely caught my attention. The official WonderCon ‘Pacific Rim’ trailer that debuted at the end of March has finally been released to the public, and is everything you would expect from a “Kaiju” film. If you don’t know, Pacific Rim is an upcoming American science fiction film directed and written by Guillermo del Toro. Pacific Rim is set in a near future where human soldiers pilot giant robots to battle against invading giant monsters (“Kaiju”) who have mysteriously risen from beneath the Pacific Ocean. Pacific Rim is by Legendary Pictures, distributed by Warner Bros and will release in 3-D and IMAX 3D on July 12, 2013. Check out the exclusive WonderCon Pacific Rim trailer below.

Ever since college-bound Mike Wazowski was a little monster, he has dreamed of becoming a Scarer—and he knows better than anyone that the best scarers come from Monsters University (MU). But during his first semester at MU, Mike’s plans are derailed when he crosses paths with hotshot James P. Sullivan, “Sulley”, a natural-born Scarer. The pair’s out-of-control competitive spirit gets them both kicked out of the University’s elite Scare Program. To make matters worse, they realize they will have to work together, along with an odd bunch of misfit monsters, if they ever hope to make things right.

Ratchet & Clank The Movie - Trailer

Here is the first official teaser trailer for Ratchet & Clank The Movie, an animated film based on the famous PlayStation video game franchise that made its debuted back in 2002! The animated feature film will be produced by Rainmaker Entertainment and Blockade Entertainment and is set for release sometime in 2015. The film will tell the origin story of the original Ratchet & Clank and how they met each other, along with incorporating elements from other games in the series. The story will follow the two main character as they unite with a team of colorful heroes called the Galactic Rangers to fight against antagonist, Chairman Drek, who aims to destroy all planets within the Solana Galaxy. The film will feature returning voice actors from the series, reprising their original roles from the video games. James Arnold Taylor as Ratchet, a lombax David Kaye as Clank, Ratchet’s robot sidekick and Jim Ward as Captain Qwark. Check out the trailer below.

Here is the new trailer for Marvel’s Thor: The Dark World starring Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman and Tom Hiddleston which hits theaters November 8, 2013. New Full-length DreamWorks Animation - Turbo Trailer
We only got a clip of DreamWorks new animated feature film Turbo which peaked its head out right before Christmas. Now just released a full-length theatrical trailer for DreamWorks Animation’s Turbo which will be featured along with The Croods this weekend. Ryan Reynolds also a voice in The Croods takes the lead as the voice of Turbo, a garden snail who dreams of being the fastest snail in the world! Paul Giamatti, Michael Pena, Luis Guzmán, Bill Hader, Richard Jenkins, Ken Jeong, Michelle Rodriguez, Maya Rudolph and Snoop Dogg all lend their voices to the film. Turbo is directed by David Soren, and follows the story of Snail who finds himself in a freak accident, which gives him extraordinary speed. Turbo then sets out to try to make this dream come true as the worlds fastest snail by partaking in the Indy 500. DreamWorks Animation’s Turbo hits theaters July 19, 2013.
