Hasbro has joined a global campaign Project Zambi in effort to raise awareness for the estimated 15 million children orphaned by the never ending AIDS epidemic in Africa. The original group of “Rockettes” little does everyone know where actually from Missouri and eventually made there ways to the “Big Apple” New York City to open Radio City Music Hall in 1932. In 1936, the troupe won the grand prize at the “Paris Exposition de Dance”. Pictured is Madame Alexanders Candy Cane Bizzazz 1982 Collection of dolls along with a original Rockettes Candy Cane outfit worn by the 1930′s Rocketts. On display at he 2009 Toy Fair NYC.
