IDW has released two new My Little Pony Comicfolios featuring Rarity and Fluttershy for pre-order. The collectible My Little Pony Micro-Series comics features an exclusive variant cover, special collector’s lithograph, in a die-cut hardcover portfolio handbuilt for this special release. You can pre-order the entire collection which features Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, and the newest Fluttershy and Rarity through IDW now for $25.00USD each. KISS Hello Kitty Animated Series Hits The Hub
Oh Hello Kitty you never cease to surprise me with your endless collaborations, I’m sure most of you were super excited about the (2010) Hello Kitty collection inspired by the 70′s ultimate glam rock band KISS. To add to the news Ms Kitty has signed on to a new animated series for The Hub. With an unexpected twist that will involve KISS. Now in development, KISS’ Gene Simmons is slated to be one of the executive producers and the show will feature four Kiss x Hello Kitty characters living their rock ‘n’ roll dreams and bringing pink anarchy to every situation they are in. Paul Stanley says: “Knowing and viewing The Hub as I do daily with my three children, it is the perfect home for us to bring the Kiss Hello Kitty juggernaut to yet another generation.”
My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic Returns to The Hub this Winter
I have been missing new episodes of My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic and was wondering if it would ever return and it looks as if I will have to wait a bit longer! Returning to the The Hub this winter with all-new episodes with more than a few surprises featuring our favorite ponies Twilight and friends. In the third-season finale, Twilight Sparkle gained her wings and became a princess. “What we didn’t want to do was change who she is as a character, because she’s certainly someone that everyone’s proud to know and love,” head writer Meghan McCarthy explained, “I don’t think becoming a princess really changes her; I think it’s going to introduce some new challenges for her.” I guess we will just have to wait and see.

My Little Pony Friendship is Magic Princess Coronation
Check the promo for the upcoming My Little Pony Friendship is Magic Princess Coronation on The Hub February 16, 2013 at 10:30am ET / 7:30am PT. That will include an all day Pony marathon. The third season finale of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic will see everyone’s favorite unicorn Twilight Sparkle will be named a princess and gain a new pair of regal wings in the process.
“She was set up from the very beginning to be on an important journey,” explains head writer Meghan McCarthy.
“It’s really about her earning this new status by combining all the things that we’ve seen her learn over the course of the series.”
