Cartoon Network’s new three parts mini series The Yoda Chronicles written by Michael Price (Simpsons). The first 30-minute special titled “The Phantom Clone” will premiere on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at 8pm ET/PT. The series is centered on Jedi Master Yoda and a fresh class of Padawans who set out to stop Darth Sidious and his minions from creating a new super-weapon that could crush the Republic. Pringles x Star Wars “The Force For Fun”
Pringles and Star Wars have announced seven finalist, for the promotional contest “The Force For Fun”, that more than a thousand fan-generated video ideas through Tongal.com. The final seven videos are competing for a grand prize of $25,000 and the chance to be featured as a Pringles national advertisement. Each spot was required to merge the iconic Pringles snack brand with the Star Wars universe and characters. The filmmakers behind the seven videos are David Brashear, Erik Beck and Justin Johnson, Ryan O’Rourke and John Griese, Colin Duffy and Matt Sklar, Jared Hedges and Dave Cain, Brooke Dooley, Jordan Allen and Luke Rocheleau, and Steven Houser. Stay tuned to Pringles YouTube and Facebook pages for the announcement of the winning video at the end of June. Check out the seven finalist below.

I have to admit I love the latest Uniqlo x Star Wars T-shirt collaboration. One shirt in particular that caught my eye, is the classic white tee with black lined, blue prints of AT-AT, AT-ST, Tie Interceptor, Tie Fighter and Millennium Falcon? actually I don’t know the rest. And honestly I’m not that much of a Star Wars expert! but I know this shirt is perfect for those who are. Complex in its simplicity, what do you think? Tokyo Disneyland Star Tours Attraction – Darth Vader Campaign

Star Wars fans are you ready for what the house of mouse has just released? check out this new promo video for the May 2013 opening of Tokyo Disneyland Star Tours attraction. The videos are promoting a revamp in the parks tours. Which portrays the Sith Lord Darth Vader commanding troops in Sapporo, Japan, but it seems that the Dark forces of the Galactic Empire made a wrong turn somewhere and ended up in the northern island of Hokkaido. Star Wars x Mimoco: Jar Jar Binks MIMOBOT Flash Drive

Mimoco Announced today (no joke) the Jar Jar Binks MIMOBOT designer USB flash drive, in collaboration with Lucasfilm. This particular Jar Jar Binks USB is to celebrate April Fool’s Day, after an upset about the prank release of the character last year. Mimoco went ahead and actually produce a real Jar Jar USB that is extremely limited, only 500 hand-numbered units are now available with up to 128GB of data storage.
“Listen, Jar Jar Binks was a fool. But he was an extremely self-assured fool, and there’s something to be said for that,” explains Jessica Smiley, Director of Social Media at Mimoco. “When mimocult members tried to buy our BinksBOT last year, we said ‘ Gotcha!’ but knew we had to make it right this time around.”

LEGO Star Wars: The Yoda Chronicles by Daniel Lipkowitz – Preview

Earlier this year at the International Toy Fair in New York City, the LEGO Group unveiled the Yoda Chronicles, which will include a series of books from DK Publishing, video games, movies and, of course, a toy LEGO line. Here is a first look at a new LEGO Yoda and Storm Trooper minifigures from the highly anticipated addition to the series.
