Elysium Citizenship Initiative

Elysium Movie
Sony has just dropped the first Elysium Citizenship Initiative will you make the cut? Elysium is an upcoming science fiction film written and directed by Neill Blomkamp scheduled to be released on August 9, 2013. Starring Matt Damon and Jodie Foster, Elysium takes place on a ravaged Earth and a luxurious space habitat named Elysium. The film will explore political themes such as “immigration, health care and class issues.”
In the year 2154, the very wealthy live on Elysium – a Stanford torus space habitat in Earth orbit – while the rest live on an overpopulated, ruined Earth. The people of Earth are desperate to escape the planet’s crime and poverty, and they critically need the state-of-the-art medical care available on Elysium – but some in Elysium will stop at nothing to enforce anti-immigration laws and preserve their citizens’ luxurious lifestyle. The only one with the chance to bring equality to these worlds is 36 year-old Max De Costa (Matt Damon), an ordinary man in desperate need to get to Elysium. With his life hanging in the balance, he reluctantly takes on a dangerous mission – one that pits him against Elysium’s Secretary Delacourt (Jodie Foster) and her hard-line forces.

Sony PlayStation 3 Tokyo Jungle Video Game June 2012

Wow Tokyo Japan this is probably one of the most unique games I have ever seen! The game can be a bit gory but it’s pretty light as far most games go. Set in 20XX, a futuristic Japan mankind has dissipated from Earth with out a trace. Leaving the wild, zoo and domesticated animals to fend for themselves. The once busy human populated streets of Tokyo are now home to dogs, cat, lions, tigers, chickens, crocodile, giraffe, hippo, cheetah, chimpanzee, gazelle, beagle, tyrannosaurus, hyena, and fox and other random animals will be unlocked. All of them out in a fighting rage for survival. Tokyo Jungle is published by Sony Computer Entertainment, exclusively for PlayStation 3 platform with a Japanese release date of June 7, 2012. An interview with Joystiq at the 2012 Electronic Entertainment Expo, Sony’s Scott Rohde confirmed international release in North America and Europe. No release date has been announced. The game is a single-player, you choice a Story Mode, the player plays through missions centered around various animals. The player will discover the truth behind mankind’s disappearance. A Pomeranian dog and thoroughbred racehorse are key characters in the story. In Survival Mode, the player takes control of an animal and fight for survival against other animals for as long as possible. There are 50 breeds and 80 types of animals to be expected. I want to play this game so baldy! check out the video of the game below. You can also order the Japanese version below through my site via amazon.
The Amazing Spider-Man Interactive Mural by Dave Hill

This is a pretty cool video, photographer Dave Hill took 2D pictures with a Sony NEX-5 camera cutting and pasting photos with 3D laying tools creating am amazing Spider-Man Mural. Unfortunately I think it would be cooler if everything was 3D instead of flat pictures. Producing an interactive picture bringing The Amazing Spider-Man to life. The really cool part about this Spider-Man Mural is you can interact by submitting your own picture at www.sony.com/experience hence the white shadow people could be you! Check out the full video below. The Amazing Spider-Man hits theaters July 3, 2012.
New Official Trailer for Sony Hotel Transylvania

Have you heard about Hotel Transylvania yet? I posted the first leak of the Russian trailer a couple of weeks ago. Sony has dropped finally dropped the new American trailer today. For 3D animated comedy about the non-humans only monsters resort. But all of that is compromised when a human tourist stumbles upon the resort accidentally and has to pretend to be something he isn’t in front of a bunch of scary guest. Plus finds himself in a romantic relation shit with the head of the resort Count Dracula daughter he’s gonna have a lot of explaining to do (ops but that part wasn’t in the trailer!) This star filled cast features voices of Adam Sandler, Selena Gomez, Andy Samberg, Kevin James, Fran Drescher, David Koechner, Cee Lo Green, Steve Buscemi, Molly Shannon and David Spade. Hits theaters September 28, 2012. Now that I have seen the American trailer the Russian one makes so much more sense. Check the official trailer below.
