Do you remember this Super Mario Bros commercial for NES? I sure don’t well maybe I do honestly I can’t remember or didn’t have much of an impact on me. But now watching it I’m so amazed at how powerful that game has impacted my life. And this video really captures that essence of then and now. The kids are shouting Mario! Mario! why don’t they make commercial likes this any more? And I wonder what the kids in the video are still into Super Mario…check the video below

For those who do not know about Sir Alfred Joseph Hitchcock he was a British born film directors known as “The Master of Suspense.” Born on August 13, 1899 he died on April 29, 1980. Hitchcock was a pioneer in psychological thrillers his most famous are North by Northwest (1959) and Psycho (1960) and The Birds (1963). Now to pay homage to his most popular films check out these cool movie poster art featuring the three most popular films listed above as Nintendo 8-bit games.
