<p><a href="http://www.Viacom.com">Viacom</a> nick&#8217;s parent company is shutting down <strong>Nickelodeon Magazine</strong> due to the loss of readers to the internet. This will effect the freelance journalists that contributes and about 30 layoffs in company. Nickelodeon Magazine launched in 1993 and was an important promotional platform for the children’s cable network.</p>
