Pharrell Williams “Happy” From Despicable Me 2 Soundtrack

Rolling Stone has just released the new song by Pharrell Williams and composer Heitor Pereira titled “Happy”, from the Despicable Me 2 soundtrack, which will be available for pre-order starting June 11, 2013 with a release date June 18, 2013. Despicable Me 2 Trailer Excuses

Universal Pictures and Illumination Entertainment’s released a new Despicable Me 2 trailer called excuses. In the new clip Gru (voiced by Steve Carell) has softening up inside and out, and steered away from his evil ways — but that doesn’t mean he wants to socialize. Enlisting his youngest daughter Agnes, he attempts to keep unwanted house guests away, but fans know things rarely work in his favor right away. While obviously geared at kids, the movie attracted adult A-list talent. Check out the trailer below. Despicable Me 2 hits theaters July 3, 2013.

This past weekend Universal Pictures unveiled its latest marketing campaign for llumination Entertainment Despicable Me 2, a giant minion called “Despicablimp”! That is headed on a cross-country trip to promote the film which releases into theaters July 3, 3013. You can track/follow through the Despicablimp Command Center. While you’re there you can enter to win a trip for 4 to the World Premiere of Despicable Me 2 in Los Angeles where you will get a chance to ride in the gigantic, Despicablimp! The video below is a time-lapse of the Despicablimp getting a custom paint job after being gassed up then being launched into the sky.
