Artist Tom Whalen is really showing off his skills these days and it seems that he has been dabbling in just about every hot pop culture trend. Not that is a bad thing his clean-cut geometric line style and bold primary and secondary colors still amaze me. So here I share with you one of Whalen’s pop culture concoction featuring the G.I. Check out the new GI Joe Retaliation movie character posters which hits theaters June 29, 2012. I don’t know about these posters they don’t seem to be the slightest intimating, as the last movie posters were with the black leather co-opt outfits. These Soldiers look pretty civilized in tank tops and suits. I mean Lady Jaye does not look hard-core at all unlike like Jinx I dunno these posters kinda seem stale from following up on the last movie. Eh.

Whoa this movie has been definitely going under the radar check out the new Battleship Movie trailer! The Battleship is an upcoming 2012 action-adventure film inspired by Hasbro’s popular game Battleship. One of the stars of the film is Rihanna’s will be making her first film debut . Produced and directed by Peter Berg, co produced by Scott Stuber, Sarah Aubrey, Brian Goldner and Bennett Schneir of Hasbro Transformers franchise. The film is written by Jon Hoeber & Erich Hoeber. Battleship shows our planet as fights for survival against a superior force. Inspired by Hasbro’s classic naval combat game, Battleship. I don’t know about everyone else but It looks like Transformers and sounds like Transformers. Check out the video below what do you think? Oh and Battleship hits theaters May 18, 2012.

McDonald’s Happy Meal Transformers Prime March Toys

Hasbro is really pushing Transformers this year more so than any year in the past. Here is a preview of the new line of McDonald’s Happy Meal Toys for March. Geared more towards little boys features Optimus Prim, Bumblebee, Bulkhead, Cliffjumper eek and I don’t know if I have those right? anyway these are based of the Hasbro animation Transformers Prime that is on The Hub network.
