DreamWorks The Croods Drive Kia Carens
SOLID VFX Agency based out of Seoul, South Korea and animators Lee Min Woo, Yu Ban Seok, Lee Jun Hee, Lee Young Min, Park Il Jun, Park Kyung Sun have used DreamWorks The Croods characters as inspiration for a wild ride to into the future. Check out this commercial featuring The Croods family driving in Kia Carens a compact MPV. The Carens is only currently only available in Korea and in the UK, but at least we get to enjoy the commercial! Check out more below.
Walt Disney World Monorail Blue Monsters University
Walt Disney World Florida debuted today a new promotional wrap for the Monorail Blue. Featuring the monsters alumni from the sorority and fraternity, Python Nu Kappa, Roar Omega Roar, Oozma Kappa and the Greek Council of Disney/Pixar Monsters University, releasing into theaters June 21, 2013. The Monorail Black Train Promotes Iron Man 3 Movie @ The Magic Kingdom
The Monorail Black at Walt Disney World received a makeover in promotion of the upcoming Disney Marvel movie “Iron Man 3.” The Iron monorail is running from the Transportation and Ticket Center to the Magic Kingdom daily. If you look at the monorail head-on, it sort of looks like Iron Man’s helmet. We saw something similar back 2012 for the Avengers Movie. What do you think of the new Monorail makeover, YAY or Nay?

LEGO FERRARI F1 Kicks Off 2013 Formula 1 Season
A life-size replica of a Ferrari F1 car, inspired by the 2011 F150 Italia, made completely from LEGO blocks besides the real Pirelli racing tires, this life-size LEGO Ferrari kicks-off the 2013 Formula 1 season! Scuderia Ferrari racers and teammates, Fernando Alonso and Felipe Massa got to play with the LEGO F1 before the Singapore Grand Prix. The life-size LEGO Ferrari took 16 people, ten days to assemble using more than a thousands LEGO pieces to construct! This promotion conjoins with last Novembers’ Shell Gasoline team-up with LEGO which produced a set of 1.1 scale LEGO Ferrari sets, exclusively for Euro Shell gas stations, unfortunately they are not currently available in the US. The LEGO Shell set included 6 cars: Ferrari F150° Italia, Scuderia Ferrari Truck, Ferrari 250 GT Berlinetta passo corto (SWB), Ferrari F40, Ferrari FXX, Ferrari FXX, Ferrari 458 Italia. Green Lantern Kia Soul @ The North American International Auto Show
The Batman Kia Optima is back, we first saw this beauty back in October for NYCC, this time the Bat-Optima is accompanied with another superhero-themed vehicle the Green Lantern Kia Soul for The North American International Auto Show in Detroit to promote an effort to fight hunger in Africa. The vehicles were created as part of a partnership involving DC Entertainment for the “We Can Be Heroes” effort, promoted in part by the use of Justice League characters.
Other superhero themed rides besides the Batman Kia Optima and the Green Lantern Kia Soul is a Aquaman-themed Kia Rio, a Kia Cerato Cyborg, a Cerato Koup Flash, all five cars where shown at the 2012 SEMA aftermarket show in Las Vegas, all cars featuring a unique piece of artwork by Jim Lee.
Kia plans to produce three more Justice League-themed concepts: one each inspired by Wonder Woman and Superman, and the third being a fully driveable car integrating all seven members of the super hero posse, which will be auctioned to raise more money for the campaign.

NASCAR Kyle Petty Brickyard Garfield Driving Suit
So since it’s pretty dead on the internet, due to all the Holiday vacationing and celebrating. I thought I would just post some cool stuff I found on eBay, there is still time to shop!
First I found this pretty amazing used brickyard Garfield fire-resistant driving suit. Worn by former American NASCAR driver Kyle Petty in 2003 right before he retired.
You can own original fire-suit for a small price of US$9,999.99, that’s a reasonable price right?

Disney Pixar’s Planes Gets Own Theatrical Release Date
Originally destined to go direct-to-video on DVD and Blu-ray in the Spring of 2013. It now looks like Disney Pixar’s Planes will get a actual theatrical release. That will coincide with Dreamworks release of Turbo in the summer of 2013.
Planes is an upcoming spin-off of Cars and has that Pixar feel however Pixar Animation Studios, will not be producing the film. Instead, it will be produced by DisneyToon Studios. With a release date of August 9, 2013.
