DarkHorse Comics goes green with 20,000 reusable cloth bags exclusive to the San Deigo Comic-Con.The previous large yellow plastic bags have received television and Internet recognition, but this year DarkHorse has decided to go-green with reusable cloth bags made of 80 gsm nonwoven cloth. Each of these bags will feature the iconic Dark Horse logo, along with one of four different logos from popular Dark Horse properties: Star Wars, The Umbrella Academy, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and Japanese creative powerhouse CLAMP. All four reusable bags are exclusive to the 2009 SDCC.

Today Banksy unveiled he’s secret show “Banksy Versus Bristol Museum” which opened to the public in his hometown at the City Museum and Art Gallery, Bristol.

The show features over 70 new works, as well as some familiar ones, including the animatronic Looney Toons Tweety from Banksy’s Village Pet Shop in New York last year.

“Magical” is a dazzling new fireworks spectacular in which colorful, precisely choreographed pyrotechnics burst and soar to a soundtrack of celebratory Disney songs. With an airborne Tinker Bell host along withe special guest flying DUMBO, ignite the night sky with a myriad of fireworks magic. This Friday, June 12, 2009 through Monday, Sept. 7, at Disneyland’s Main Street.

“Magical” is composed of five sequences, each celebrating a different magical experience:

“The Magic of Childhood” special appearance of Tinker Bell waving her wand to launch the fireworks.

“The Magic of a Wish” Geppetto wishes to the Blue Fairy that Pinocchio could be a real boy.

“The Magic of Imagination” the teachings of Mary Poppins.

“The Magic of a Mother’s Love” inspired by little Dumbo when learns to fly.

“The Magic of Love’s First Kiss” featuring Disney Princesses.

And the spectacular finale: “It’s Magical.”

General Foods POP ROCKS collaborate with the latest American comedy featuring the funny Will Ferrell in Land of the Lost out June 5, 2009!

Based on the 1974 TV series Land of the Lost, the film is directed by Brad Silberling . The film follows a disgraced paleontologist, his assistant, and a macho tour guide who find themselves in a strange, alternate world inhabited by dinosaurs, monkey people and reptilian Sleestaks.

POP ROCKS candy was first offered to the public in 1975. Around 1983, General Foods stopped selling the candy due to the urban legend that mixing Pop Rocks with carbonated soda could result in a person’s stomach exploding! yuck!
