For all the Dragon Ball fans I recently heard of a new chapter titled “Dragon Ball Z Battle of Gods” directed by Masahiro Hosoda also assisting in the series’ production original creator Akira Toriyama is involved.

Dragon Ball Z Battle of Gods is an official part of the Dragon Ball storyline, the events in this film happen between chapters 517 and 518 of the original manga. Often referred to as the “lost decade” after the battle with Majin Buu.

Birusu, the God of Destruction tasked with maintaining some sort of balance in the universe, wakes up after a long sleep. Hearing rumors of a Saiyan warrior who defeated Freeza, Birusu tracks down the warrior, Goku.

Dragon Ball Z Battle of Gods is set to release in Japan on March 30, 2013.

Dragon Ball & Naruto on Second Life this weekend!
