Custom LEGO Batcave by Carlyle Livingston II and Wayne Hussey
Check out this amazing light-up LEGO Batcave by Carlyle Livingston II and Wayne Hussey which was first unveiled at the Emerald City Comicon earlier this year. The LEGO Batcave includes a Batmobile, Batboat, Batcopter, Batwing, Batplane and Batcycles. Details consist of four motors to operate a variety of features such as a turntable for the Batmobile, a rotating costume/weapons wall and the Batplane’s lift. Weighing in at more than 100 pounds and utilizing 20,000 LEGO pieces, the design took 800 hours over twelve weeks to build. Check out more pictures here.
DC Collectibles Reveals Batman: The Dark Knight Returns – Call to Arms Statue @ NYCC
At New York Comic Con, DC Collectibles announced the Batman: The Dark Knight Returns – Call to Arms Statue which is based off Frank Miller’s The Dark Knight. This special statue depicts the Dark Knight on a horse. In Miller’s graphic novel Superman diverts a Russian nuclear warhead which then detonates in a desert, Gotham is hit by an electromagnetic pulse and descends into chaos during the resulting blackout. Which means no Batmobile! This highly detailed statue will make its appearance sometime in the first to second quarter of 2013. So keep an eye out! Check out the full statue below.

The CW: The Batmobile Documentary
To continue the Batman hype untill the official theatrical release of The Dark Knight Rises July 20, 2012. In the mean time the CW station will premiere “The Batmobile” Documentary July 16, 2012 at 8:00 PM this will be a good watch for those of us who didn’t go to San Diego to see world premiere screening on July 12, where all six of the Batmobiles from film and television will also appear for the first time together. The only bad part of this documentary is that is only a half-hour special on the history and evolution of the Batmobile. The documentary features interviews from actors Christian Bale and Adam West, and directors Christopher Nolan, Joel Schumacher and Tim Burton. Make sure you make this down on your calendars!
2012 San Diego Comic-Con Programming Schedule Thursday & Friday
So bummed I am not going to SDCC but at least I can look over the schedule list to see all the cool things I will miss! lol I have posted a few of the events within the main event itself, That I would have liked to go to. Batman Batmobile and Bat-Signal Mega Mini Kits by Running Press

Dark Knight Rises Special Batmobile Cars Feature Blu-Ray DVD
On March 30th 2012, Warner Bros shot a bonus feature segment for the “Dark Knight Rises” latest Batman Movie Blu-Ray DVD. The movie is not even out in theaters yet!!! For this special feature for the DVD, Warner Bros. gathered all 5 Batmobile Cars from the prior television and movies. Check out these two videos of the Batmobile’s throughout the years.
