Band of Outsiders‘ Scott Sternberg latest military style collection titled “BOY” is inspired by Japanese cult film/horror novel “Battle Royale.” No make up, no pedicure straight out of a hellish all-girls boarding school drenched in amazing shibori textiles, fluid fabrics, knitted dresses, perfectly cut blazers and pants bound around the ankles with ties.
