Bad Toys II – Animated Short by Daniel Brunet and Nicolas Douste gets picked up by Adam Sandler

Happy Madison, Adam Sandler and Jack Giarraputo production company are working on an adaptation of the French animated short Bad Toys II by Daniel Brunet and Nicolas Douste. A parody of Michael Bay’s film by Bad Boys starring Will Smith and Martin Lawrence. Sandlers project will go a little deeper and the story is said to focus on a grown man reconnecting with his youthful imagination through his son’s toys, and his play turns into an homage to big-budget action films.
