Happy Birthday Ron Clements!

Today is Artist-Writer-Director Ron Clements‘ Birthday! Ron is currently one half of America’s leading contemporary animation team with John Musker. Clements began his career as an animator for Hanna-Barbera. He was later accepted into Disney‘s Talent Development Program Disney Animation as an apprentice under Frank Thomas her then went on to become a supervising animator in classic Disney films such as Peter Pan (1953), Lady and the Tramp (1955) and The Aristocats (1970). There is a rumor going around the Ron and John are currently working to develop the next hand-drawn feature at Disney Animation which probably wont hit theaters until 2016. This is pretty news exciting considering all the 3D animation that is being produced. Can you imagine it in 2016 nuts! I can’t wait to see the finally out come!
