(Notes on) Biology by Ornana Films Wins Best Animation @ SXSW 2012

Wow this brings me back to biology class and pretty much sums up how it was for me in class! So many times i got asked to leave class for doodling on my notes. And let me point out he even uses one of my signature pens the Bic 4-color! I always run out blue, red and green and left with black. But by far one of the best pens out there (I’m using one now and yes only left with black ink). Check out live-action/pen animation short video below of “(Notes on) Biology” filmed at Rising Starr Middle School in Fayetteville, Georgia, directed by Danny Madden, Will Madden and Jonathan Silva of Ornana Films. The film was winner of Best Animation at the 2012 SXSW festival.
