Nightwing and the Night of the Owls issue # 5-8
Nightwing by Kyle D. Higgins is a monthly comic featuring the story of Dick Grayson from the former Batman and Robin dynamic duo. In Higgin’s comic issues #5 Haly’s Circus has returned to Gotham City the same traveling circus that his parents died on a tragic trapeze act when he was just a child. Took under the wing by The Batman Grayson learns he is much different then The Dark Knight and travels down to New Orleans to solve a pledging mystery that he has been carrying for quite sometime but there is a voodoo demon monster in the shadows waiting for him. Issue # 5 is out in comic book stores starting today.
Readers will see the end of the Haly’s mystery by issue 7. In issues # 8 “Night of the Owls” a crossover that will run through most of DC’s family of Bat-books. Higgins is making his mark on Dick Grayson’s life by bringing his past, present and future all together in one big story.
Nightwing will be sucked into the Court of Owls, a Gotham secret society that has been around for decades and is determined to destroy the Dark Knight both physically and emotionally.
Will Nightwing be somehow a part of the Court of Owls? perhaps not in a way that anyone thinks.
