Take a look at the latest photo releases off the set of the new Marvel movie The Avengers‘s one of the most anticipated SuperHero movies to date. 2012 will be an exciting year for nostalgic films. The two new photos from Marvel‘s The Avengers features Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Starks aka the Iron Man, flying through the city and the second photo featuring Thor played by Chris Hemsworth & Captain America/Steve Rogers played by Chris Evans launch into battle. Marvel’s The Avengers hits theaters in 3D on May 4, 2012.

The Avengers is directed by Joss Whedon and Produced by Kevin Feige and distributed by Walt Disney Pictures Marvel Studios.
