Highlighting the 85th Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade NYC. Tim Burton will be introducing one of his twisted characters “B” boy who is stitched together from the used birthday balloons left over from the many children’s parties that took place on the upper floors of London’s Great Ormond Street Hospital. B. boy came out having pointed teeth and uneven stitches and was not allowed to play with the children at the hospital. With his spirit deflated, B. withdrew to his room and watched his favorite film ‘The Red Balloon.’ Hoping one day he too would be able to fly above the city and bring joy to one small child. Today is his day!

The Macys Thanksgiving day parade is celebrating its 85th anniversary this year, over 3 million people will line up in the streets of New York starting at Herald Square and 50 million people who tune into NBC on November 24, 2011. To watch the one-of-a-kind floats, giant balloon floats of some of the most popular cartoon, comic and movie mascots, this year the parade introduces a few characters to the event from likes and works of mastermind Tim Burton and video game companies like Sega. Stay posted we will have a full coverage of every cartoon animated themed balloon from the event.
Pixar’s has recently released some new images and a seven minute intro for a cute little animated short entitled Toy Story: Small Fry. The images feature Buzz Lightyear being switched out with a tiny fast-food version of himself. Toy Story: Small Fry drops into theatres today as a preview for the The Muppets movie so be sure you get your seats early.
Medicom Toy teams up with Disney this Holiday season to produce a series of Be@rbrick 100% and 400% vinyl toys. Some of Disney’s most popular characters Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Daisy, Goofy, Winnie The Pooh are dressed up in Christmas themes and colors. The official launch was November 14th, 2011. Beauty and the Beast by Gabrielle-Suzanne Barbot de Villeneuve, in 1991 Walt Disney Animation Studios adapted into an animated fantasy 2D film it was the thirtieth film in the Walt Disney Animated Classics series.

The recent collaboration includes a bunch of break dancing Looney Tunes Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Sylvester and Tweety Bird, and the Tasmanian Devil. Unfortunately these great collectibles are only found in Asia.
