This 59-foot-tall GUNDAM ガンダム aka Mobile Suit Gundam 機動戦士ガンダム statue is homage to the legendary Japanese metaseries events is approaching!The life size Mobile Suit Gundam event is for Tokyo’s artificial Odaiba island and will be displying this July 2009 as part of BANDAI’s “Mobile Suit Gundam 30th Anniversary Project.”
The statue is constructed of fiberglass-reinforced plastic over a steel frame.
