My Little Pony Equestria Girls Los Angeles Film Festival ‘Purple Carpet’ Event Quvenzhané Wallis
Here is a recap of last week’s world premiere screening of My Little Pony Equestria Girls and ‘Purple Carpet’ event at the Los Angeles Film Festival. The star-studded celebration included VIP guests Alessandra Ambrosio (VS Model), Samantha Harris (TV personality), and Oscar-nominated actress Quvenzhané Wallis (Beasts of the Southern Wild) along with their families came out to premiere Hasbro Studios full-length feature film My Little Pony Equestria Girls which dropped into theaters nationwide June 16, 2013. When a crown is stolen from the Crystal Empire, Twilight Sparkle pursues the thief into an alternate world where she transforms into a teenage girl who must survive her biggest challenge yet… high school. With help from her new friends who remind her of Ponyville’s Applejack, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie and Fluttershy, she embarks upon a quest to find the crown and change the destiny of these two parallel worlds. Check out Krusty the Clown as he meets and greets guests in “The Simpsons” Springfield area in Universal Studios Orlando. You can find Krusty at the Kwik-E-Mart in newly-opened Fast Food Boulevard where you can chow down on an authentic Krusty Burger. Later this summer Krusty will his sidekick-turned-nemesis Sideshow Bob in the completed Springfield area. Check out more pictures and a video below.
